Wednesday,   March 2, 2011  Field Trip

Visit the Walnut Gulch Experimental Watershed (WGEW) and the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area (SPRNCA).  SWRC has an active program at WGEW to develop knowledge and technology to conserve water and soil in semi-arid lands.  The Upper San Pedro Partnership - a consortium of 21 organizations and agencies - supports research to preserve the SPRNCA and ensure the long-term viability of Fort Huachuca.
