Objective:
To explore relationships among human health behaviors, particularly those related to nutrition and physical activity, and food environments in the Lower Mississippi Delta region of the United States.
Approach:
Researchers will conduct literature searches and consult with colleagues performing similar human health behavior and food environment research to identifying promising approaches and relevant survey instruments for exploring relationships among nutrition, physical activity, and the food environments of Lower Mississippi Delta residents.
