Certifications
Effective, February 1, 2020, the System for Award Management (SAM) became the central repository for common government-wide certifications and representations required of Federal recipients. ARS, ERS and NASS will use SAM information to comply with award requirements, since registration in SAM is required for eligibility for a Federal award. Registrations must be updated annually by Federal recipients.
