Objective:
The objectives of this research are: 1) test new fungicides available to wheat growers and develop best management protocols, 2) evaluate current fungicides for efficacy on FHB in wheat and 3) educate growers on best management practices for producing high quality wheat in North Dakota.
Approach:
The researcher will conduct fungicide trials in North Dakota in order to determine the best management strategies for wheat growers in this region. Growers will be educated on the best methods for producing high quality wheat at field days, workshops, meetings, newsletters and other media outlets.
