The purpose of this work was to evaluate the interfacial tension between polyphosphate glass (Pglass) and a polymer matrix (polystyrene), using the imbedded fibre retraction (IFR) technique. A value of 2.33 dyn/cm was measured at 200 deg C, which is the processing temperature for these materials. |
