Genomics Core Facility

The Genomics Core Facility is set up to provide assistance to all scientists at DBNRRC and their state cooperators that are interested in structural and functional genomic research.

Services provided include

*       Mapping of genes in rice

*        Genetic fingerprints of rice (paternity testing)

*        Marker-Assisted selection for rice breeders

*       Sequencing of rice and rice pathogen genes

*        Gene expression in rice

*        Bioinformatic analysis
