Current Studies

We are currently recruiting for The Meat and Pattern Study. We are looking to recruit 60 subjects to participate in a five month study. There are three possible study schedules, one starting in January 2023, the second in February 2023 and the third in March 2023. We are currently recruiting for The Taste Test Study.  Initially, we will be enrolling 32 subjects, but in the long run we will need a total of 128 subjects, so let your family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers know.  Click to see the study recruitment ad.  Recruitment is on hold until further notice.

 

Cohort one of The Tomato Juice Study has been completed.  We would like to recruit 17 more people with a BMI of 30 - 45 to be in cohort two, which will begin later this winter.  Click to see the recruitment ad for the study.
