Objective:
Obj. 1– Develop diverse carrot populations that are productive when grown in drought field environments Obj. 2 - Create carrot breeding pools with abiotic stress tolerance and improved nutritional quality

Approach:
1- Evaluate diverse carrot germplasm in fields experiencing drought stress in Bangladesh 2 – Intercross plants from populations identified as productive when grown as described in step 1.
