Objective:
The objective is to 1) Assess modernization options needed to system programs used in monitoring, processing, and reporting dietary intakes of the population, 2) Design and operationalize the best options to use in processing dietary intake data including ARS’s existing recipe processing system, 3) Develop program documentation and user training materials, and 4) Develop and implement selected applications for external users via the USDA website FoodData Central.

Approach:
Together with ARS staff, assess the program modernization options, design and operationalize the best options, and develop program documentation and user training materials.
