Interpretive Summary: The abundance of soybean aphid was compared among eight contemporary soybean lines in a growth chamber test. All soybean lines had more than 500 soybean aphids per plant 2 weeks after infestation. The number of soybean aphids per plant differed among lines, with Surge and 91B91 having more soybean aphids than the susceptible lines 91B01 and Williams 82. Soybean lines SD99-026RR, Asgrow 1602, Asgrow 0801, and Asgrow 1701 had intermediate levels of soybean aphids that did not differ from that of the other lines.
