Although these fleas are rarely seen in large numbers, a larger-than-average number of outbreaks have been reported in the Southeast in the past 10 months. Therefore, a fact sheet was written to provide small flock owners with information about the biology and control of this flea. Small flock owners were also given links to web sites where more detailed information could be obtained. |
