Objective:
To evaluate host-pathogen interactions associated with infectious bursa disease virus strain variation.
Approach:
The Agency Location is engaged in research addressing Intervention Strategies to Prevent and Control Immunosuppressive Viruses of Poultry Associated with Secondary Pathogen Infections, National Program 103, Animal Health. ARS desires to acquire services from the Cooperator to further agricultural research supporting the independent interests of both parties. This agreement will support a graduate student engaged in virology research related to infectious bursal disease virus.
