Mission:
The mission of the Pacific West Area Office is to effectively lead planning and implementation of ARS research that is of high quality, has impact, and meets customer and stakeholder needs. Consistent with the ARS mission, research in PWA is conducted under 15 of the 16 ARS National Programs and is carried out in eight states (Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington).
