Mel Johnson is an Agricultural Engineer serving as part of Dr. Kyoung Ro’s research team at the Coastal Plains Soil, Water, and Plant Research Center. Our research is focused on the development of improved and innovative technologies for estimating greenhouse and ammonia gas emissions from livestock production facilities and converting manure to value-added products via thermo-chemical pathways.
