     Jennifer Keatts is the Program Support Assistant (OA) for DBSFRC. She started working at the Research Center in 2015. She was in the US Navy, Active Duty, for 5 years and US Navy Reserves for over 5 years. Graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2013 from Arkansas Tech University with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences and a Law Enforcement Certificate.
