Objective:
The goal of this project is to determine IAV prevalence in dairy herds as well as biomarkers and genetic susceptibility for infection.
Approach:
The Cooperator will assess IAV antibodies in stored serum samples from the past 5 years and analyze genomic, transcriptomic, metabolomic, and production data for all animals.
