Objective:
Determine the duration of immunity following vaccination against HPAI in pregnant cows and if their calves acquire passive immunity from vaccination of their dams.
Approach:
The Cooperator will maintain 100 head of pregnant cows vaccinated by ARS , calve the cows out, and assess antibodies in both cows and calves
