Objective:
Develop an integrative data-science technology for soybean research and product development.

Approach:
Recently, the ARS scientists consolidated and analyzed a large amount of genome and transcriptome sequencing data. ARS lab and cooperator will work together to continue developing a big-data driven technology to translate a massive amount of multi-omics data for enhancing soybean research and development. The collaboration will integrate those data and further improve our big data mining approach to discover soybean trait QTL genes and alleles for conventional and emerging molecular breeding.
