Objective:
The objective of this grant will be to support the ASABE Soil Erosion Symposium, which is a decennial event hosted by the American Society of Agricultural Engineers.
Approach:
ASABE is sponsoring and organizing the decennial Soil Erosion Research international symposium, to be held January 8-13, 2023. The Society is handling all meeting logistics related to the venue, program, publications, and proceedings. Additionally, ASABE journals are hosting a special collection of journal articles from contributions to the Symposium. ARS funding from this agreement will assist ASABE with cost associated with printing of the program, publication of the Symposium USB proceedings, meeting supplies, and rental of audio-visual equipment at the conference hotel.
