Jim Frankenberger is a Computer Engineer specializing in software development related to natural resource simulation model user interfaces, databases and web services. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and M.S. in Computer Science from Binghamton University. Before joining ARS in 1999 he worked as a programmer for IBM Federal Systems, Cornell University and Purdue University.
