In addition, several other diseases of presumed viral nature have been described. The diseases caused by viruses and virus like agents, including phytoplasmas, are all transmissible by grafting or vegetative propagation. In instances where the pathogen is unevenly distributed in the propagation materia,l grafting results may not be consistent. In this compendium the major viruses and viruslike diseases of Rubus are grouped according to their natural vectors. |
