Objective:
Develop precision management technologies for livestock to automate measuring production traits. This research will support collaborative research efforts with Cooperator scientists and members of the Rangeland Livestock Precision Management coalition.

Approach:
Support agricultural engineering expertise focused on the development of novel animal and environmental sensing and related technologies for improved measurement of traditional and new/novel production traits of cattle in rangeland and pasture settings.
