Objective:
Determine metabolites associated with meat nutritional value, which accumulate in muscle when ruminant livestock graze two types of cover crop fields.

Approach:
Conduct the field study with goats then harvest them at the end of the field study, collect meat samples, and then conduct non-targeted metabolomic analysis of the meat samples, which Cooperator will oversee.
