Transforming Agriculture Webinar Series
About the Series
This “Transforming Agriculture” webinar series is organized and supported by the Beltsville Distinguished Senior Research Scientists Committee to highlight high impact, cross-cutting agricultural research aimed at addressing some of the world’s most pressing issues. The goal of this series is to inspire innovation and trans-disciplinary collaboration both within and beyond Beltsville’s research centers to meet critical societal needs such as food security, climate adaptation and mitigation, water conservation, and equity and inclusion.
Each webinar will feature experts on a related topic, both from within Beltsville’s research centers and external collaborators (industry, academia, nonprofits). The objective is to highlight the broader impacts of Beltsville research and create a virtual forum for discussion and innovation.
