Objective:
Generate mission essential reagents for the diagnostic mission at the National Bio- and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) by providing APHIS essential materials.
Approach:
Swine will be procured and housed with a partner organization. At a rate of one swine per month a total of 12 swine biological materials from these swine will be provided to USDA-APHIS in accordance to the needs of established FADDL SOPs with the goal of producing biological reagents such as Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells.
