Objective:
Strengthening partnerships for National Agricultural Biosecurity and One Health Research between NBAF and KSU. This symposium will boost synergistic collaborative efforts to tackle challenges on animal and zoonotic disease pathogenesis, diagnostics, and vaccine development.
Approach:
This agreement will facilitate the organization and coordination of a two-day symposium that will bring together approximately 40 scientists from Kansas State University and the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility. The goal of this event is to exchange research capabilities and experiences, fostering future collaboration. This invitation-only meeting will convene key scientists from both organizations to discuss reducing gaps and proposing potential collaborative efforts.
