Objective:
The objective of this project is to develop a hand held tool for the processing of ticks for use in diagnostic and research assays.
Approach:
A preliminary patent and competitive product assessment will be performed to determine the current state of the art, and evaluate if any other product ideas may contribute to the concepts being developed for the tick assay. Based on the search a product development specification will be created focusing on the physical requirements of the product.
