Mission:
The mission of the Location Support Staff is to provide administrative services to the personnel and programs located at the Tucson location. The mission of the Carl Hayden Bee Research Center (CHBRC) is to conduct research to optimize the health of honey bee colonies, through improved nutrition and control of Varroa mites in order to maximize production of honey bee pollinated crops. The mission of the Southwest Watershed Research Unit is to develop knowledge and technology to conserve water and soil in semi-arid lands.
