There are numerous web sites listing programs by type of data analyzed, type of analyses performed, or other criteria. Even with programs categorized in this manner, there are many choices for each type of data. In this project, we chose 9 programs, 4 normally used in our laboratory and 5 randomly chosen, to compare methods of analyses and similarity of results. Results were very similar; the slight differences did not alter the final interpretation. |
