Technical Abstract: This article summarizes the key elements pertaining to postharvest handling and storage of bok choy. It provides guidelines on how to maintain postharvest quality by optimizing harvesting and postharvest handling conditions. Specifically, the recommendations include prompt pre-cooling, cold storage at near 0 degree C, and high relative humidity (>95% R.H.) etc.
