Technical Abstract: In recent years, China has developed modern agriculture energetically. An effective information framework is an important way to provide farms with agricultural information services and improve farmer's production technology and their income. The mountain areas in central China are dominated by agriculture, such as Jiangxi province, Anhui province. These area exist many problems on striking regional difference, unbalanced economic development, low cultural and technology level of most of the farmers and on requirement of information of the national agriculture policy, the demand of agricultural market and the agricultural production techniques, and so on. In this paper, take the area mentioned above as the case area, a regional agricultural information framework based on Ontology is established combined with customized information service and analyzes various agricultural information synthetically. In the framework, there are three layer structure, they are natural information of agriculture, social information of agriculture and human information of agriculture. All the information include water resources, land resources, climate resources, biological resources, agricultural products; materialized labor, science and technology, management technology; agricultural activity, agricultural talents, agricultural products market, agricultural achievement, etc. It can provide useful information service for peasant by Internet and 3G technology effectively, that establishing a regional agricultural customized Information framework and system.
