Dr. Kuhnle is a Research Hydraulic Engineer with the Watershed Physical Processes Research Unit located in Oxford, Mississippi. His research encompasses the mechanics of sediment transport by rivers and streams in agricultural and other watersheds to improve understanding of controlling processes and improve predictive techniques. Interactions of the flow with the sediment and the resulting surface elevation distributions are also an area of his research.
