In interactive graphs and summary tables, the revised ceftriaxone breakpoints from the  CLSI M100-S200 document, published in January 2010, were used and retrospectively applied to previous years results. In previous annual reports, the ceftriaxone breakpoints from the CLSI M100-S19 were used.
