Salmonella GC Research Projects
Researchers from the Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Economic Research Service (ERS), and National Agricultural Library (NAL), as well as university collaborators and stakeholders across commodities are working together to identify research needs and find solutions to reduce Salmonella in meat and poultry. Anticipated deliverables include standardized protocols on Protocols.IO, cutting-edge data management platforms, economic analysis of interventions, and an integrated predictive machine learning model and decision support dashboard to be tested and used by stakeholders.
