Interpretive Summary:

Technical Abstract: An important part of agricultural research is communicating the research with the farmers, ranchers, and others who will use the information. A valuable part of this process is hearing their responses through conversation. Their input informs the agricultural research process with agricultural practice. The field tour is a historic model of collaboration in agriculture creating discussions of agriculture practice in the fields where agriculture is practiced. This field tour will offer updates on recently published research findings and on ongoing research including the Long-Term Agroecosystem Research (LTAR) network grazing land and cropland common experiments and the healthy cropping systems study.
