Interpretive Summary: Twenty four experimental lines of soft white winter, club, hard red winter, hard red spring, and hard white spring wheat were entered into the Pacific Northwest Wheat Quality Council evaluations in 2024 and evaluated for grain, milling, flour, and end-use quality. Wheat samples were submitted through the PNW-Wheat Quality Council and were milled and analyzed at the USDA-ARS Western Wheat Quality Laboratory in Pullman, WA. Flour samples were distributed to 19 independent public and private laboratories for baking quality evaluation and results were analyzed and compiled by the WWQL. The impact is the presentation of quality data for upcoming new wheat varieties for the domestic and export markets.
