Interpretive Summary: This dataset captures the transcriptomic profiles of MCF-7 breast cancer cells treated with 10 µM naringenin. This dataset will enable analysis of gene expression in MCF-7 breast cancer cells after treatment with naringenin. Investigators in the field can independently analyze the data for insights into the pathways that are associated with naringenin treatments.

Technical Abstract: This dataset captures the transcriptomic profiles of MCF-7 breast cancer cells treated with 10 µM naringenin. This dataset will enable analysis of naringenin-mediated genome-wide alteration of gene expression in MCF-7 breast cancer cells. Investigators in the field can independently analyze the data for insights into the pathways that are associated with naringenin treatments.
