Interpretive Summary: This reports a free to use public tool to aid in African swine fever classification by biotype.

Technical Abstract: African swine fever virus biotyping is a recently described classification technique that is based on an isolate’s encoded proteome. In short, proteomes are compared and grouped based on unsupervised machine learning. This tool analyzes an uploaded ASFV genome and will report its closest matches along with its ASFV biotype.
