Technical Abstract: The USDA-ARS Soil and Water Conservation Unit in Pendleton Oregon is focused on dryland cropping research in the low to high annual precipitation region. The location is co-located with Oregon State University Columbia Basin Agriculture Research Center. This video highlights the research, crop management, and current challenges in dryland farming. The target audience includes local producers, industry members, the general public, and persons interested in working at the location.
