Interpretive Summary:

Technical Abstract: Escherichia coli isolate AW1.7 is an extremely heat resistant bacterium originally isolated from Canadian beef slaughter plant. We applied hybrid sequencing approach with PacBIO and Illumina DNA sequence reads to produce a complete closed genome sequence of 5,130,056 bp with 50.7% G+C content.
