Technical Abstract: A biographical sketch of the late heteropterist, Leonard Alexander Kelton (1923-2011), a former systematist at the Canadian National Collection in Ottawa, Canada, is presented. Also provided are lists of his 71 scientific publications, the new taxa he described, and the patronyms named in his honor.
