A description of the following topics will be described: how can an individual learn about job openings in ARS, how to apply for a position, what are the starting salaries, what are the opportunities for professional development, how does ARS reward excellence in job performance, and how are research positions evaluated. Finally, the seminar will highlight the importance of the research conducted at ARS by providing new approaches and new technologies needed by consumers, producers and industry.
