Technical Abstract: This editorial elaborates on investigations consisting of different “OMICS” technologies and their application to biological sciences. In addition, advantages and recent development of the proteomic, genomic and data mining technologies are discussed. This information will be useful to scientists in obtaining a greater understanding of “OMICS” technology through published scientific literatures.
