Interpretive Summary: This report provides an update and current information on Groundnut ringspot virus now present in Florida vegetable crops suitable for growers, Extension personnel and state and Federal regulatory and research scientists.

Technical Abstract: Tospoviruses in vegetable crops are difficult to manage due to a shortage of basic information about the viruses and their vectors. This is especially true for the recently detected Groundnut ringspot virus (GRSV). This publication presents all current knowledge of GRSV in Florida.
