Interpretive Summary: Three additional solanaceous vegetable crops (pepper, tomatillo and eggplant) are reported as hosts for Groundnut ringspot virus, recently identified in tomato in Florida. The virus is also reported from two additional Florida counties.
Technical Abstract: This report provides a timely account of Groundnut ringspot virus infection of additional hosts (pepper, tomatillo and eggplant) and in additional locations to growers, Extension personnel, crop consultants, and state and Federal regulatory and research scientists.
