Interpretive Summary: Zinc deficiency is the most common and probably the most harmful micronutrient deficiency of commercial pecan enterprises. A review is presented of how orchard nutrient element management practices potentially influence tree Zn nutrition. Findings provide background information on how to reduce the incidence and severity of Zn deficiency in pecan trees.
