Technical Abstract: Converting conventionally-tilled (CT) irrigated cropland to no-till (NT) can reduce soil erosion and increase soil organic carbon or soil organic matter. Results from an irrigated cropping systems study initiated in 1999 near Fort Collins to evaluate NT management and N fertilization effects on corn yields will be presented. Data collected from 2000 through 2004 will be briefly summarized in the space available.
