Technical Abstract: Evaluations in 2001 of potato breeding selections included variety trials, herbicide screening, culinary tests, and disease screening. Market types consisted of long russets, white-skinned for processing into either fries or chips, and specialty (e.g., red-skinned, yellow-fleshed).
