Interpretive Summary:

Technical Abstract: We have initiated a project to analyze expressed sequence tags (ESTs from the Diaprepes root weevil. Results of the first EST library for this species are presented, including total number of sequences, unique sequences, contigs, matches with genomic databases, and putative gene functions.
