Assembled contigs of the synganglion transcriptome from an Australian population of the cattle tick, Rhipicephalus microplus. National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). GenBank Accession Sequence Submission GEFA00000000.

Interpretive Summary: In a collaboration with National Center for Genome Resources and University of Texas at El Paso researchers, we sequenced and assembled the transcriptome of the synganglion of the Texas strain (Deutsch) of the cattle tick Rhipicephalus microplus. This transcriptome contains 43, 468 sequences and was published under NCBI GenBank Accession Number GEFA00000000 version GEFA01000000. USDA is an equal opportunity employer.
